The Box Office is in the theatre to the left of the main doors, and is open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00 pm and one hour before shows, or you may phone 709-896-4028.

At the Box Office, tickets may be purchased with Visa, Master Card, Debit or Cash. You may phone to reserve seats which will be held until one week prior to the event. After that we cannot guarantee that your seats will be available. Tickets may also be purchased by phone using a credit card and picked up just prior to the show.

If you are purchasing tickets just before a show you must get to the Box Office a minimum of 30 minutes before the show starts. The Box Office reserves the right to select seating for tickets purchased within 30 minutes of show time. The Box Office will be open 1 hour prior to show time.

Tickets prices will vary. Ticket prices are not determined by the Arts Centre. The groups renting the theatre set the ticket prices for their shows. Some shows may have a rate for seniors who are age 60 and over, and some shows offer rates for children age 12 and under.
All children must have a ticket and babes in arms are not permitted, with the exception of presentations specifically for children. Please inquire at the box office.

Tickets purchased will not be refunded. However, if there is a wait list for a sold out show, tickets may be returned before the performance date, at the discretion of the box office.

Most performances at the Arts Centre will have Reserved Seating where patrons purchase tickets assigned to a specific row and seat number. Shows that are General Admission or shows without admission will use general seating where patrons may sit where they wish.
