Terms and Conditions

Tuesday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and one hour before any show in the evening and on weekends.

Tickets can be purchased online, in person, or by phone at 709-896-4028. If there is no one to take your call please leave a message we will respond as soon as possible.

If you already have an account with us, but don't remember your password to purchase online, simply change your password, don't create a new account. Having multiple accounts only results in confusion should you need to exchange your tickets or get a refund.

Prices quoted include a $2.50 surcharge & HST as applicable.
A non-refundable handling fee of $3 (HST incl.) per order applies on all online sales.

Seniors = 60+
Children = 12 and under unless the renter sets a lower age for their show.
Students = Anyone enrolled in school, college, or university, regardless of age.

All children must have a ticket and babes in arms are not permitted, with the exception of presentations specifically for families. Please inquire at the Box Office.

VISA, Mastercard, and debit cards are accepted at the Box Office.
Phone and internet purchases can only be made with credit cards, not with debit cards.

We reserve the right to select seating for tickets purchased within 45 minutes of show time.
Late arrivals will be seated when there is a break in the action.
